We make every effort to ship the day you order, but there is no gua-rantee of this. Please review our shipping policies below for additional information in regards to the shipment of your order.

  • Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs unless their order is over $150 USD.
  • Our shipping policy is that your order will not ship to you until the order is ready to ship complete. We will notify you if items on your order are backordered and give you an estimate as to when your order will ship complete. When notifiying you we will give you the option to have the “in stock” items shipped partial to you at an additional or separate shipping cost.
  • We ship using various shipping methods including DHL & UPS Ground, 2-Day & Overnight shipping methods for shipping within the U.S.
  • For international shipping USPS GLOBAL EXPRESS MAIL shipping method is utilized.
  • For shipping to APO/AE/FPO military shipping addresses in which the order is UNDER $750 USPS Priority Mail shipping is the shipping method utilized.  For shipping to APO/AE/FPO military shipping addresses in which the order is OVER $750 USPS EXPRESS MAIL shipping is the shipping method utilized. 
  • **APO/AE/FPO SHIPPING ADDRESSES DISCLAIMER**
    We provide guaranteed shipping and confirmation via tracking information until the package is delivered INTO the military mail system. This tracking and confirmation DOES NOT allow for tracking within the military APO system. For a small additional fee we can also provide insurance coverage for your package up to the APO system via USPS. This DOES NOT guarantee the package past the USPS postal system. It only provides coverage until the package reaches the military APO system.  **Please be sure that you are able to receive a package at the final APO destination.**
  • Ordered “in stock” items will usually ship the same business day
    if the order is placed prior to 1:00 CST. Otherwise it will ship the following business day. In some circumstances, shipment could be delayed for reasons beyond our control. If this happens, and the delay in shipping will be delayed because of backorder situations from our suppliers then we will contact you and tell you how long the delay will be. You will then be given the option of canceling the order, having it partial shipped (at an additional shipping cost) OR continuing with it. Orders to Hawaii and Alaska are automatically shipped via 2 Day air and will be charged as such.
  • We DO NOT guarantee shipment dates or delivery dates.
  • If you are shipping your order to an international address or an APO address and you you are not charged shipping costs or an incom-patible shipping method is selected the proper shipping method will be utilized and your order will be charged the applicable shipping costs automatically.
  • If your order is delayed due to issues/problems with a carrier service (UPS, USPS, or Fed Ex) we will not refund your shipping (you will have to address the issue with the shipping company).
  • In some cases we may ship an item via a different method than what you picked if our method will get it to you faster (ie shipping via USPS instead of UPS or DHL instead of UPS).
  • All orders are processed within 24-48 business hours of being placed your shipping method selected should account for this reality especially if your order is placed on the weekend.

Returns Policy

We feature a liberal return policy - Not happy with the items you ordered?
Simply return it in its original packaging and in original (or new) condition and it will be exchanged or refunded, your choice. Shipping charges will not be refunded on any order unless a mistake in fulfillment occurred.

Please note: There is a 20% restocking fee after 14 days. Product must be returned in original condition and with the original packaging. Items will not be refunded if the tags have been removed. No exceptions.

Also include a letter stating why you are returning/exchanging the merchandise including your Order #, Name, and telephone #/e-mail address to be contacted.
